Returns

Our policy lasts 5 days for non-prescription ONLY. If 5 days have gone by since you have received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. No returns OR REFUNDS on prescription eyewear, this is considered a custom order AND MEDICAL DEVICE.
